Legal Effective Date: October 31, 2026
Platform Scope: /legal/dmca
Governing Language Note: In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of this policy, the English version shall prevail and govern.
AlphaStack LLC ("AlphaStack") respects copyright and expects users, developers, publishers, and creators to do the same. This policy applies to third-party applications, AI Agents / AI Skills, software packages, e-books, course materials, images, audio, listings, NFT-linked content, and other materials hosted or made available through the platform.
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), copyright infringement notifications should be sent to:
Agent: Copyright Compliance Department, AlphaStack LLC
Mailing Address: [AGENT MAILING ADDRESS]
Phone: [AGENT PHONE]
Note: Contact details on this page must match the active designation in the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Directory.
A valid notice must identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its specific location (precise URL, App ID, Agent endpoint, or version identifier), the complainant's contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, and a physical or electronic signature.
For services published as AI agents or APIs, takedown measures may include, without limitation: disabling gateway routing, revoking API credentials, unpublishing prompt templates, and clearing knowledge base indexes. AlphaStack assumes no liability for breach or damages where third-party dependent calls are interrupted as a result of compliance-driven takedowns.
An NFT or blockchain record may evidence a token transaction or content hash, but does not by itself prove original authorship, create copyright, or effect a copyright transfer (under 17 U.S.C. §204, a transfer requires a statutory written instrument). For irreversible on-chain contracts or content, AlphaStack implements blocking at its hosted frontend and gateway layers; the platform does not have the technical ability to modify decentralized public-chain data.
Upon receiving a qualifying counter-notification, AlphaStack will forward it to the complainant and process it under Section 512(g): unless we first receive notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the relevant activity, the platform will restore access no less than 10 and no more than 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification.
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notification gives rise to liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Trademark, trade secret, anti-circumvention (§1201), and contractual license disputes are handled through separate channels.
