All AlphaStack software, branding, logos, interfaces, APIs, workflows, designs, and platform technology are owned by AlphaStack or its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, license, or reproduce any part of the Services without written permission.
Certain Services may require payment or subscription plans. By purchasing paid Services, you agree that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHASTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES arising from your use of the Services. Your use of AlphaStack is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaStack, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable laws, or your submitted content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, we detect abuse or security risks, it is required by law, or operational or technical reasons require suspension. You may stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
