Tried it for a month. Very friendly for beginners, but for experienced investors the analysis depth may be insufficient. Looking forward to more quantitative indicators in future versions.
Customer support is responsive. Once a recommended ETF was suspended, and the advisor proactively pushed an alternative plan. That proactive service experience is excellent.
Clean interface design and the returns curve is easy to read. My favorite feature is the risk assessment — it clearly tells you the volatility level of your current portfolio.
